6.Evaluation of the treatment period.
Rates start 25,000Thai Baht per month.
How to prepare in the first time
- Fill in the registration form carefully. In order to facilitate the care and supervision of a patient admitted to the hospital in an emergency. A signed consent requirements and conditions.
- Pay for 1 month andsome expenses are in other consumables.
- Total charged to expense in the next month the case is completed.
- The center is charged based on actual service.
What to bring on the day of arrival
- House registration (copy).
- Passport / ID card (copy).
- Elderly card (if any).
- Personal items such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb funny (if not prepared at the centre will be provided and charge).
- The medicines and medical supplies, including food blender from the hospital (if any).
